By hiring RapidSiteAI or using any of our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Services
RapidSiteAI provides website design, development, hosting, and ongoing maintenance services for small and medium-sized businesses. Our services include, but are not limited to:
The specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for your project will be outlined in a separate proposal or invoice, which forms part of these terms when accepted.
- Custom website design and development (Launch, Growth, and Authority packages)
- Hosting on third-party platforms (Netlify, Firebase, or similar)
- SEO setup, local schema markup, and performance optimization
- Monthly care plans covering hosting, maintenance, and developer time
- Optional add-ons: AI chatbots, booking/quote forms, CRM integrations
2. Payment Terms
One-time project builds
We require a 50% deposit to begin work on any project. The remaining 50% is due before the site goes live on your domain. We accept payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified on your invoice.
If payment is not received within 14 days of the due date, we reserve the right to pause work or take the site offline until payment is settled.
Monthly care plans
Care plan fees are billed monthly in advance. Your plan renews automatically each month unless cancelled with at least 14 days' written notice before the next billing date.
Late payments
Overdue invoices may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 30 days overdue.
3. Project Process and Timelines
Our AI-accelerated pipeline typically delivers projects within the estimated timelines below. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by delays in receiving content, feedback, or approvals from the client. RapidSiteAI is not liable for delivery delays caused by the client's failure to provide required materials in a timely manner.
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed at our standard hourly rate of $120/hr, agreed in advance.

4. Client Responsibilities
To allow us to deliver your project on time and to a high standard, you agree to:
- Provide accurate business information, branding assets, and content within 3 business days of being requested
- Review and provide feedback on deliverables within 5 business days
- Ensure that any content, images, or materials you supply do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
- Maintain control of your domain registrar account and provide access where needed for DNS setup
- Not use the website or any RapidSiteAI deliverable for unlawful purposes
5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Your content
You retain full ownership of all content, logos, photos, and business information you provide to us. By supplying this material, you grant RapidSiteAI a licence to use it solely for the purpose of building and maintaining your website.
Completed website
Once final payment is received, you own the completed website design and all custom code written for your project. RapidSiteAI retains the right to display your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Third-party components
Some websites may include open-source libraries, fonts, or third-party plugins. These remain subject to their original licences, which we will disclose upon request.
6. Care Plans and Recurring Services
Care plans provide ongoing hosting, maintenance, and support as described in your selected plan (Basic, Growth, or Authority). Plan terms include:
- Hosting is provided through third-party platforms (Netlify, Firebase, or similar). RapidSiteAI is not liable for downtime caused by platform outages beyond our control, though we will work promptly to resolve any issues.
- Developer time included in care plans does not roll over month to month and is intended for minor updates, not new feature development.
- SEO and performance reporting is provided in good faith. RapidSiteAI does not guarantee specific rankings or traffic outcomes.
- Care plans may be cancelled by either party with 14 days' written notice. Upon cancellation, hosting will continue until the end of the current billing period.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
RapidSiteAI warrants that services will be performed professionally and with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant that:
- Your website will achieve specific search engine rankings or traffic volumes
- Third-party integrations (Google Analytics, booking tools, CRMs) will remain available or unchanged by their providers
- Your website will be free from all errors or interruptions under all conditions
- All other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RapidSiteAI's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to RapidSiteAI in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost business, or data loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project or care plan agreement by providing written notice. If you terminate a project mid-build, the deposit is non-refundable and you will be billed for any work completed beyond the deposit amount, up to the total project fee.
RapidSiteAI may terminate services immediately, without refund, if you:
- Use our services for unlawful purposes
- Fail to pay overdue invoices after a 14-day notice period
- Engage in abusive or threatening behaviour toward our team
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RapidSiteAI operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration or the relevant courts in that jurisdiction.
We always prefer to resolve any issue directly and amicably. If you have a concern, please contact us before pursuing formal action.
